- Go to Ministry of Manpower (MOM) at 18, Havelock Road to get a set of forms. OR |

What to do after approval of my application? |

You need to submit to MOM, a Letter of Guarantee of $5,000, a Personal Accident of $40,000 and a Medical Insurance of at least $5,000 per annum. |
