Who Should Be Covered?

Under the Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA), employers are mandated to purchase WICA insurance for all local and foreign employees that are:

  • All employees doing manual work, regardless of salary level.
  • Non-manual workers earning a salary of $2,600 or less per month
